Materials
Standard Blockout UV Fabric, White / Gray-back, FR, 7.5 Oz

Lightweight, crease and curl-free. It’s a 100% knitted fabric, water-repellent and can be cold cut. It produces vibrant images and is stretchable to fit SEG frames as well as backlit displays and table throws. This fabric is NFPA-701 Certified.

Premium Blockout UV Fabric, Bright-white / White-back, FR, 9.5 Oz

Soft signage fabric with a pigment coated white-back for complete opacity. Especially advantageous in double sided SEG applications where one side is intended for backlit and the other frontlit. The opacity of the coated back endoses and reflects the light within the frame to illuminate backlit graphics to greater extent than other lined SEG fabrics. Winner of SGIA's 2019 Product of the Year Award for Textile-Media-Banner and Textile-Media-Framing Systems (Frontlit).

 
 
Premium Frontlit UV Fabric, Wrinkle Resistant, FR, 6.5 Oz

Tight knitted fabric, 100% polyester, 6.5oz,. The material is crease-free and ideal for displays and roll-up and pop-up displays. The product is REACH compliant.

Stretch UV Fabric, Wrinkle Resistant, 6.8 Oz

Knitted fabric (92% Polyester-8 % Spandex) specifically treated for UV printing. It’s opacity allows the product to be used in a wider range of applications that competitive fabrics, especially in installations where opacity is needed to hide frame and tubing structures. Flame retardant.

Square Hot Cutting

Square Hot Cutting is the finishing produced by using a hot knife to slice the fabric using heat. In this way the heat melts the fabric respecting the perimeter straight lines with precision and the cutting edges don’t unravel.

SEG Finishing

SEG Finishing is a thin sand flexible silicone trip (called Keder), sewn into the edges of the fabric graphic, which let it could be easily inserted into a narrow groove around an aluminum or plastic frame. This resulted in a clean, seamless graphic that is extremely easy to ship, store and install.

Sewn Finishing

Sewn Finishing is a treatment that secures and neatens the raw edges of a plain seam to prevent raveling, by sewing over the raw edges or enclosing them in some sort of binding.

Production Time

Production Time refers specifically to our printing & processing time, excluding the shipping; and it begins as soon as your artwork has been uploaded and you press the “Send to Production” button of each job. If you required a digital proof for your graphic, our production time begins only after you have approved your digital proof.

Jobs must be Sent to Production before 3:00 PM East Time to consider this same day as the beginning of our production time.

Our timing is based on normal business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Federal Holidays.

If you choose to "Include Proof” in your order, a Digital Proof will be sent to you via email in the next hours, and the production process will begin once the approval is given.

If the File is not considered “good to print” by our staff, we will contact you in the next hours and you could choose to send us another file, or print “as is”. In the first case, the Turnaround time starts from time the new file is received and approve by our staff.

Digital Proof

We only offer Digital Proof.

Please note that if you request a Digital Proof, production time will start from the proof approval.

The Digital Proofs are designed only to check the placement of elements, not for Color Correction, since we do not match Pantone colors, paint charts, 3M vinyl charts, customer provided color charts or any other color matching. We only print 4 color process (CMYK). If you are using Spot or Pantone colors, please convert them to CMYK.

Besides consider that printed colors may vary from your monitor due to display calibration.
